StoreManager for Wheat’s Flagship Store in Islington, London

Job description
As the lead member of our Islington team, your role
will ensure that our retail operations run smoothly. You’ll have a
customer-focused attitude and inspire our team with your knowledge of the brand
and product features.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and offer support with good product knowledge.
- Organise the team’s rota and support with team planning.
- To play a lead role in organising in-store events.
- Work closely with our UK Sales Manager to plan for new season launches and store development.
- Be an active key-holder for the store.
- Stock replenishment, and receipt deliveries.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store conditions
- Process sales/ operate the Point-of-Sale system (Shopify)
- Handle customer phone calls and emails.
- Work as a team player to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Regular feedback and dialogue with team members and store manager.
- An interest in Visual Merchandising and/or Social Media content creation is beneficial.
This is a full-time/ 37.5 hours per week role with weekend working approximately 2
weekends per month.

Working as part of a team, your role will ensure that our retail operations run smoothly. You’ll have a customer-focused attitude and enjoy sharing your knowledge of the brand and product features.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and offer support with good product knowledge
- Stock replenishment, and receipt deliveries
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store conditions
- Process sales/ operate the Point-of-Sale system (Shopify)
- Handle customer phone calls and emails
- Work as a team player to ensure operations run smoothly
- Regular feedback and dialogue with team members and store manager
An interest in Visual Merchandising and/or Social Media content creation is beneficial.
Hours expected to be 14-26 hours per week over 2-4 days, with a regular working pattern.
