The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from OffSpring A/S (Wheat) to the UK.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders to the UK
All orders are shipped via a registered postal service, GLS and DHL. Please note that we dispatch orders every Monday and Thursday. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your track & trace number.

Delivery time for orders to the UK is typically 6-10 business days from the date of dispatch. 

The delivery costs for private delivery is 7 GBP (Free delivery over 100 GBP)

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if delivery charges to remote areas exceed a certain amount.

UK customers: Please be aware that your country of residence may apply local charges (import duties, customs and taxes) to your order.

Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices of the items you are purchasing. The amount of the delivery charge will vary depending on the country you would like to ship to.

RETURN POLICY

You can return items purchased on www.wheat.co.uk within 60
days of receiving your order, provided your merchandise is returned in
the same condition as when you received it.  

* Please note that sales items must be returned within 14 days. 

When returning goods, please ensure that they are securely wrapped
and if possible, return the items in their original packaging. We will
not be responsible for any loss or damage to items that occur before
they are returned to us, including if they are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning goods to us. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Pls. note the return cost is held by the customer.

Return Policy

You can return any item purchased online within 60 days of receiving your order, provided your merchandise is returned in the same condition as when you received it. However, sale items must be returned within 14 days after delivery.

Please note that the processing time for return packages can take up to 14 days after our warehouse has received your return package.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please write in big letters "RETURN PARCEL" on the outside of your parcel.
We do not accept return packages sent C.O.D. (cash on delivery)

All items will be inspected on return to ensure they are in a resalable condition. We will refund the full price you purchased your item(s) at including the original delivery fee to the original payment method e.g. credit card refunds will be made to the original card of purchase.

If you wish to file a complaint regarding a faulty good, please contact us by phone or email detailing your order number and attaching any photos of the problem if possible.

Right to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must return your order in the same condition and quantity as when you received it, within 60 days of receiving your order. You may unpack the product and try it on, as long as it is returned in the same condition. This right is waived if you use the product in a manner that significantly reduces the product’s market value.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

The small print
Agreements with OffSpring A/S (Wheat) are concluded in English.
When you do business at OffSpring A/S (Wheat), this is covered by the general rules of Danish law, including specifically the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, contractual law and rules on consumer transactions. As a consumer, you are therefore protected by the law in force in this area, i.e. primarily the Danish Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Transactions Act.

Disclaimer
OffSpring A/S (Wheat) cannot be held liable for anything other than that stated in Danish law.

Disputes
Any disputes between OffSpring A/S (Wheat) and a business entity shall be settled by the Commercial and Maritime Court of Copenhagen.

 

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

Log statistics or traffic analyses of website users are not used at the website.

To conclude an agreement with us via the website, you must allow yourself to be registered by providing the following personal data:

Personal data are not transmitted nor stored in an encrypted form.

Personal data submitted in connection with your purchase are recorded at OffSpring A/S (Wheat) and kept for five (5) years to ensure correct processing in the event of any warranty cases, etc., after which the data are deleted.

We record your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you.

When personal data are collected via our website, we make sure that this always occurs by obtaining your express consent, so that you are informed about the exact information that is to be obtained and why this is necessary.

All employees in the company have access to your personal data.

We only use your data for the purpose of sending your product and informing you if unforeseen problems with the delivery should arise. In addition, after submitting your order, you will receive confirmation of your order via email.

We are an independent online shop that does not disclose your data to any third party. We store your data securely but unencrypted.

No sensitive personal information is recorded.

As a customer registered at OffSpring A/S (Wheat), you have the right at any time to object to the registration and you have the right to get insight into the information registered about you. You have these rights pursuant to the Personal Data Processing Act, and any queries in this regard should be sent to OffSpring A/S (Wheat) by email: webshop@wheat.eu

PRICES
Current retail price includes 25% VAT. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges will be calculated during the payment process, after you choose a delivery method. We try to have accurate pricing and availability information; but in spite our best efforts, you may find a small number of the products in our catalogue mispriced or with wrong availability information. We update this web site as frequently as possible.

ORDERING
You can order products from OffSpring A/S (Wheat) by using all major credit cards. All prices at the website include VAT.

How do I place an order?
Shopping at OffSpring A/S (Wheat) is fast and easy. Once you have found a product you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and your product will be automatically placed in your shopping cart. You can easily add more products in the same manner. When you have everything you need, click "Check out" in the upper right corner. You can now see a summary of your purchases. After this, you click "Account" or “Quick order” and enter your customer information (name, address, email, etc.). If you want the parcel to be sent to an address that is different from your own, you must write the recipient's address under "Ship to address". After doing this, click "Next". Now all you have to do is select the method of payment. Enter the relevant information and click "Next". You can now see a summary of your purchases and the total price, including any delivery charges. If you have everything you need and if you have read and accepted our terms of business, just click "Accept Order" and your order will be registered. Immediately after this, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. You can also print the order confirmation by clicking "Print Order Confirmation" in the upper right corner. We recommend that you save your order confirmation until you receive the products you have ordered. The final invoice will be sent together with the products.

Can I add more products to an order that I've just submitted?
No. But you can place a new order and then type "please send with previous order" in the note field. We will cancel the delivery charge for the new order. Please write your order number from the initial order.

SECURITY
We use the SSL protocol for encrypting information between an Internet browser (cardholder) and an Internet server (business). This means that the information you submit at the time of paying with a credit card will be protected during the transfer from your computer to us. SSL is a generally used form of encryption for electronic shopping and is regarded as a very secure solution. You can see how an SSL payment is transacted at www.ssl.com

PAYMENT
You can pay using the most common payment and credit cards. When you pay with a payment card or credit card, all you have to do is enter your card number, expiry date and the card security number when ordering the product. The amount of your order will not be withdrawn from your account until the product is dispatched from our warehouse. It is never possible to withdraw an amount greater than that which you have approved at the time of purchase. By paying with a payment card, you are always protected from misuse, because you have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment statement. You have no deductible to pay in the event your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system.
Data sent by you in connection with a purchase paid for using a charge card are encrypted (SSL), which means that only PBS and Dibs are able to read them. Neither OffSpring A/S (Wheat) nor anyone else has the possibility of reading these data.
In our webshop, you can pay using the following means of payment:

When you pay with a card, we do not withdraw the amount from your account until your products are dispatched from our warehouse.
For payment using MasterCard and Eurocard, the amount will automatically appear on your next statement from the card issuer - in the very same way as when you otherwise use the credit card concerned.

TYPES OF DELIVERY
All products in stock are dispatched within 2 working days and arrives within 3-5 working days

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is stated for each product (normally a maximum of 3 to 5 weekdays). You will automatically receive an email when the order is dispatched from our premises.

DELIVERY CHARGES
For delivery to an address in Europe (within the EU), the delivery charge per order is EUR 15, but you will get free delivery at orders above 80€.

Order confirmation
Immediately after buying a product online, you will receive confirmation of your order via email. The confirmation will include an order number, name and address of the payer, method of payment, delivery address (if relevant), and a list of the products ordered. It is not possible to reach the order subsequently via our website. If you wish to receive a new copy of the order contract by email, please send an email to webshop@wheat.eu

Receipt
The invoice is your receipt of the purchase and we advise you to print it immediately after the purchase. The invoice should be presented for making any replacement, cancellation or complaint.

RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT
You have a 60 day right of replacement, from the date of receipt, for all products you purchase online. The right of replacement is conditional on the return of the product in essentially the same condition and quantity. The return slip and invoice should always be enclosed with the product.
When you wish to file a complaint regarding a product then please contact us by phone or email using your order number and with photos attached of the problem if possible.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
When returning a product and exercising your right of cancellation, this may only occur if the product is returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You may unpack the product and try it on, as long as you can return it in essentially the same condition and quantity. Accordingly, the right of cancellation ceases if you use the product in a manner that obviously and significantly reduces the product's market value.

When you exercise the right of cancellation, you must pay the carriage cost for returning the product.

If you have purchased a product via our Internet shop, you have the right to cancel the purchase. All you have to do is return the product to us no later than 60 days after you have received it.

When you cancel the purchase, the purchase sum will be refunded to your credit card. When we have received the returned product and inspected it to make sure it meets the conditions for exercising the right of cancellation, we will refund the purchase sum to the payment card used when you purchased the product(s).

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
As a consumer you have a two-year right of complaint, meaning that the product can be either repaired or replaced or if that is not possible, get your money back or to be given a reduction in price, depending on the actual situation. Needless to say, this is conditional on the fact that the complaint is legitimate. According to the Sale of Goods Act, the right of complaint is 24 months for all products. The right of complaint means that you, the customer, may file a complaint about faults or deficiencies in a product which arise up to 24 months after the purchase. It is a prerequisite, however, that these faults did not arise as a result of your incorrect use of the product or from other abusive behavior that has caused the fault. You must file your complaint within a reasonable period of time after you have discovered the fault/deficiency. If you file the complaint within two months, the complaint will always be considered to be on time. We will refund any reasonable freight costs you might have in connection with the return of the product if the complaint is legitimate.

E-POLICY
SPAM mail, the latest Internet nuisance
The vast majority of people with an email address are familiar with spam problems, i.e. unwanted advertising that often causes one's mailbox to overflow.

The problem is growing, but we wish to help to minimise the inconvenience and wasted time in the long term. For this reason, we do not use your personal data (i.e. your email address) for any other purposes than those for which you have given your permission. This is one of the criteria for being approved to use the e-mark.

Email
If you have received an email from OffSpring A/S (Wheat), this is due to one or more of the following reasons:

Your email address is in our files because you have indicated a wish to receive information in the future.
You have previously ordered products at OffSpring A/S (Wheat), for which a reminder was sent to you on at least one occasion.
You are engaged in an ongoing correspondence with us.

Share, sell, rent or use
OffSpring A/S (Wheat) will never, share, sell or rent individual personal data to a third party without your express permission, unless OffSpring A/S (Wheat) is ordered to do so by law.
Information given to us is only accessible to employees who are charged with contacting you or sending emails to you based on your query.

Unwanted email from a third party
If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent to you through our system, or which passes itself off as coming from our domain (Wheat.com), please forward a copy of the email concerned along with any comments you might have to webshop@Wheat.eu

CONSUMER TRANSACTION ACT
The placing of your order and your purchase via the OffSpring A/S (Wheat) eShop is in Danish and at the same time is subject to the general rules of Danish law, including Consolidated Act No. 451 relating to certain consumer transactions (door-to-door selling, etc., distance selling and ongoing services), of 9 June 2004.

PROVISOS
We are not responsible for printing errors, price errors, changes to VAT or charges, or for a delivery failure.
