Current retail price includes 25% VAT. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges will be calculated during the payment process, after you choose a delivery method. We try to have accurate pricing and availability information; but in spite our best efforts, you may find a small number of the products in our catalogue mispriced or with wrong availability information. We update this web site as frequently as possible. 

Ordering
You can order products from OffSpring A/S (Wheat) by using all major credit cards. All prices at the website include VAT.

How do I place an order? 
Shopping at OffSpring A/S (Wheat) is fast and easy. Once you have found a product you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and your product will be automatically placed in your shopping cart. You can easily add more products in the same manner. When you have everything you need, click "Check out".

 
You can now see a summary of your purchases. If you want the parcel to be sent to an address that is different from your own, you must write the recipient's address under "Ship to address". After doing this, click "Next". Now all you
have to do is select the method of payment. Enter the relevant information and click "Next".

 
You can now see a summary of your purchases and the total price, including any delivery charges. If you have everything you need and if you have read and accepted our terms of business, 
you finish the order and your order will be registered.

 Immediately after this, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. You can also print the order confirmation by clicking "Print Order Confirmation" in the upper right corner. We recommend that you save your order confirmation until you receive the products you have ordered. The final invoice will be sent together with the products. 

 

Important information

  • Please note that it is not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been confirmed. Likewise, it is not possible to get a refund for any price difference on products that are reduced after a purchase in connection with sales or similar. If you wish to repurchase the product, please refer to our return policy. Please note that the delivery costs for a return are paid by the customer. 

  • Prices and descriptions are subject to errors and omissions in prices and descriptions, as well as printing errors, price increases and sold-out items.

  • Should you exceptionally find errors or experience problems in obtaining the stated discounts and offers, you are very welcome to contact us at webshop@wheat.dk.

  • Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs when returning an entire order.

 

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: 30 days from receipt

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return costs.

Steps to Return:

  1. Complete the return form included in your package.
  2. Ensure items are securely wrapped.
  3. Label the package as "RETURN PARCEL" on the outside.
  4. Include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Please notice that all parcels will be sent to our warehouse in Denmark. The 14 days handling time is when we receive the parcel in our warehouse in Denmark. 

Please note that we cannot return or refund items purchased from a retailer. Here we refer to the dealer in question if a return or exchange is desired. This also applies to complaints

 


 

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

When returning a product and exercising your right of cancellation, this may only occur if the product is returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You may unpack the product and try it on, as long as you can return it in essentially the same condition and quantity. Accordingly, the right of cancellation ceases if you use the product in a manner that obviously and significantly reduces the product's market value. 

When you exercise the right of cancellation, you must pay the carriage cost for returning the product. 

If you have purchased a product via our Internet shop, you have the right to cancel the purchase. All you have to do is return the product to us no later than 30 days after you have received it. 

When you cancel the purchase, the purchase sum will be refunded to your credit card. When we have received the returned product and inspected it to make sure it meets the conditions for exercising the right of cancellation, we will refund the purchase sum to the payment card used when you purchased the product(s). 

 

Right of complaint
As a consumer you have a two-year right of complaint, meaning that the product can be either repaired or replaced or if that is not possible, get your money back or to be given a reduction in price, depending on the actual situation. Needless to say, this is conditional on the fact that the complaint is legitimate. According to the Sale of Goods Act, the right of complaint is 24 months for all products. The right of complaint means that you, the customer, may file a complaint about faults or deficiencies in a product which arise up to 24 months after the purchase. It is a prerequisite, however, that these faults did not arise as a result of your incorrect use of the product or from other abusive behavior that has caused the fault.

You must file your complaint within a reasonable period of time after you have discovered the fault/deficiency. If you file the complaint within two months, the complaint will always be considered to be on time. We will refund any reasonable freight costs you might have in connection with the return of the product if the complaint is legitimate. 

 


 

Warranty

  • Coverage: 24 months for defects (refund, repair, or replacement based on the situation).
  • Exclusions: Wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper use.

Payment & Security

You can pay using the most common payment and credit cards. When you pay with a payment card or credit card, all you have to do is enter your card number, expiry date and the card security number when ordering the product. The amount of your order will not be withdrawn from your account until the product is dispatched from our warehouse. It is never possible to withdraw an amount greater than that which you have approved at the time of purchase. By paying with a payment card, you are always protected from misuse, because you have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment statement. You have no deductible to pay in the event your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. 
 

Data sent by you in connection with a purchase paid for using a charge card are encrypted (SSL), which means that only PBS and Dibs are able to read them. Neither OffSpring A/S (Wheat) nor anyone else has the possibility of reading these data. 
In our webshop, you can pay using the following means of payment: 

  • Accepted Cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit
  • Encryption: All payments are secured with SSL encryption.
  • Payment Timing: Charges are applied only after items are dispatched.

When you pay with a card, we do not withdraw the amount from your account until your products are dispatched from our warehouse. 
For payment using MasterCard and Eurocard, the amount will automatically appear on your next statement from the card issuer - in the very same way as when you otherwise use the credit card concerned.

Agreements with OffSpring A/S (Wheat) are concluded in English. 
When you do business at OffSpring A/S (Wheat), this is covered by the general rules of Danish law, including specifically the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, contractual law and rules on consumer transactions. As a consumer, you are therefore protected by the law in force in this area, i.e. primarily the Danish Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Transactions Act.
