Delivery charges apply in addition to the item prices and vary based on the shipping destination. All orders are dispatched from Denmark.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel orders if delivery charges to remote areas exceed a certain amount.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been packed and ready for shipment. Please notice that dispatch is every Monday and Thursday. 

Return

You can return any item purchased online within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Return

  1. Complete and include the return form provided in your package.
  2. Securely wrap the item and, if possible, return it in the original packaging.
  3. Obtain a proof of postage receipt to ensure your return is trackable.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage during transit, so please ensure items are securely packed.
  • Returns apply only to items purchased on our website. For items bought from a retailer, please contact the store directly.
  • Returns may take up to 14 days to process after being received at our warehouse.

Please notice that this address is a pick-up point and your parcel will be shipped to our warehouse in Denmark. When we receive the parcel in our warehouse we will handle the refund. 



Warranty

All purchases on www.wheat.co.uk include a 24-month warranty. If your item is found defective within this period, you may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the situation.

All purchases on www.wheat.eu have a warranty period of 24 months. If the product you have purchased with us is found defective during the warranty period, you reserve the right to have your faulty good partially or fully refunded, repaired or replaced, contingent on the circumstance. 

Warranty Exclusions:
This does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or other improper handling.



Complaints & Faulty Goods

For faulty items, please contact us at webshop@wheat.co.uk as soon as possible.

  • Complaints must be made within a "reasonable time" of discovering the defect (within two months is considered timely).
  • Return the faulty item with a completed returns form, including details of the defect.


Extended Christmas Returns

Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 24.

Complaints & Returning Faulty Goods
If you have a complaint regarding a faulty good, please contact us at webshop@wheat.co.uk. You must lodge your complaint within a "reasonable time" of discovering the defect. Any notice given within a period of two months after you have discovered the defect is deemed a timely notice.

In addition, you must return the faulty good to us within a reasonable time of sending the complaint, including details of the defect using our returns form to facilitate processing of your complaint.
