We offer a 30-day full return policy on items bought through our webshop. The return period starts from the day you receive your order. If it expires on a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, it's extended to the next business day.
We don't offer exchanges - if you'd like a different item or size, please return and place a new order. Items purchased from other retailers can't be returned here - contact them directly instead, this also applies for complaints.
You are responsible for the return shipment and liable if the item is damaged during transport.
Note: You may lose all or part of your refund if the item’s condition is reduced from improper or unnecessary handling—using beyond what’s needed to assess its features and quality voids the right of withdrawal.
How do I return?:
- Fill in the form your received in the package.
- Pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Ensure that the package is properly sealed.
- Place the note in the package.
- Choose your preferred carrier for the return shipment and send it to the address below.
The return costs is held by the customer and we don't provide return labels. We recommend that you get a receipt for your submission of the package.

Refund
Expect your refund within 14 business days after we receive the returned package. You’ll be notified via email. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used in the purchase (e.g., credit card).
Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which includes defects in manufacturing and materials discovered during normal use of the product. This means that, as a consumer, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint.
